When I work with any buyer, I am always asking what is the most important thing to them. Most of the time, location is the highest on their list! This was especially important for my new buyer looking to downsize in space! They wanted a home close to the water and a place they could call home forever. I was able to find this petite home perfect for their little family and we even got it inspected to make sure everything was in perfect order!
