As an agent, you want listings!!! It is the best part of real estate, honestly. I was so very lucky that a great friend referred me to this amazing homeowner who was interested in relocating! We chatted on the phone a bit and immediately set up an appointment to put his house on the market. The home was only on the market for 2 days and the offers were stacking so high. We ended up accepting an offer over asking and my sellers were extremely excited to share their home with the new buyers!
