My first sale back into the real estate world was a very fun one. Honestly, the system has changed so much since 2007/2008, I had to relearn how to submit an offer all over again. Thank goodness for my Managing Broker helping me along the way. After looking at over 20 listings, we landed on this amazing home and won the listing within an hour after offering!
